“After suffering a mental breakdown while I was dealing with the aftermath of my father’s death and estate I needed to find ways to self regulate and to really start healing so that I wouldn’t further push my loved ones away. I had never learned how because of the childhood neglect I survived.

It is for that reason that I started therapy and my therapist not only started to teach me how; she also showed me tools to help. I spent the following years trying new things on my healing journey and I became so passionate about sensory aides. I started creating them and adding them into my creative business because there was a lack of visibility and representation and I wanted to change that.
